Personio Foundation is an independent, nonprofit organisation offering financial and business support as well as HR advice to forward-thinking organisations via two flagship programs:

(1) Impact Portfolio: Personio Foundation provides financial and strategic support to exceptional NGOs working in the fields of Climate Action and Education. We support outstanding teams with innovative and scalable solutions to tackle the most pressing challenges in their fields and thereby foster innovation for People and Planet.

(2) Impact Accelerator: Personio Foundation supports HR professionals of the nonprofit and social business sector to tackle the main HR challenges of their industry. We offer free knowledge, a dedicated training hub and a community to enable them to build up better people management processes and grow their biggest asset – their people.

Personio Foundation is based on a commitment made when Personio was created to donate 1% of the company’s equity for good causes. This 1% stake is currently worth $85 million and will continue to grow until an IPO of Personio. An additional $3 million in cash donations from Personio’s founders, investors and the company itself has been made to drive immediate progress through Personio Foundation.
